This AUP applies to all users of BrawCloud services, including our virtual and dedicated server offerings.
General Use
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You agree to use this Site and the Services in accordance with this Agreement, any applicable Services Agreement or policy, and all relevant local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using our services for activities that:
- Are unlawful or promote criminal behavior.
- Involve the abuse of children or contribute to child sexual abuse material.
- Encourage terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property.
- Engage in the distribution of pornography or solicitation of sexual activities.
- Participate in spam, hacking, or cracking activities.
- Facilitate Marijuana/CBD sales or products containing THC.
- Support or facilitate prostitution and/or sex trafficking.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Promote gambling, casinos, or sports betting in any form.
- Violate privacy rights or breach confidentiality.
- Interfere with the operation of this Site or Services.
- Contain harmful software like viruses or Trojans.
- Host or distribute material that supports illegal or banned organizations.
3. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content:
Any involvement in pornography, especially child pornography, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and legal action. You must report any illegal activities, including child pornography, involving our services.
4. Defamation and Misrepresentation:
You must not engage in activities that defame or discredit BrawCloud, including making false statements about our products, services, or practices.
5. Prohibited Use on Hosting Plans
The use of our Shared/VPS/VDS plans for intrusive activities, cryptocurrency mining, video game bots, etc., is prohibited.
6. Content and Site Use Restrictions:
You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or change any part of the site or services without explicit authorization from BrawCloud. Access to content must be through approved means only.
7. Commercial Use and Reselling:
Commercial use or reselling of our services without prior written consent from BrawCloud is prohibited.
8. Security and Compliance Features
Circumventing or interfering with security-related features of the Site or Services is forbidden.
9.Identification and Verification:
You agree to provide official photo identification or business ID for verification purposes when requested.
10. Communication Consent:
You consent to receive communications, including marketing calls or messages, from BrawCloud, which may use automated systems.
11. Rights of BrawCloud:
We reserve the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, or restrict access to this Site or any Services to any user for breach of this Agreement or for unlawful or inappropriate behavior.
Enforcement and Reporting
1. Violation Consequences:
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of services, legal action, and/or notification to law enforcement authorities.
2. Reporting Abuse
Any abuse or violation of this AUP should be reported to BrawCloud at info@brawcloud.com.
Amendments
BrawCloud reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised document on our website.
